Personalise your ad

• Looking for a flat? Use your profile page to talk about you: what are your hobbies? do you go out often? are you more of a staying at home person ? a homemade meal type?

• Letting out a room? Talk about the flat, the surroundings and the people who already live there. You cannot go wrong in being detailed on your ad’s description.

Pictures, pictures, pictures!

• You can upload up to 8 photos. If you are offering a room, upload pictures of the room but also of the shared spaces so potential flatmates get a good idea of what the house looks like as a whole.

You can tailor your search to exactly what you’re looking for. To do so, you just need to use the filter preferences on the left hand side of your search page. Your results will automatically be updated to perfectly match your criteria.

Don’t be shy, get in touch

If you have been following all our tips, your ad is now looking its best! Time to be quick! – Send a message to the flatmates / landlords you are interested in; ask them questions which might not be answered in their ad.

To save time back and forth, feel free to let them know when you are looking to move in / have someone move in and when you’d be free to view the room / meet potential flatmates.
