The House Clearance House Party: Christmas Special, Bloomsbury Lanes
You won’t often catch us recommending you go to Bloomsbury Lanes, but Christmas is a time of giving, and that extends to club nights, too! The House Clearance Party have a wonderful thing going where every record they play on the night is given away to a lucky audience member. This has obvious pros and cons… but it’s worth a go if you want to stock up on low-quality wax to impress Santa.

Pantos divide Britain like the milk-first/water-first tea dilemma. But you’re not going to throw away your nice hot cup of tea just because someone put the milk in first, really, are you? And you’re not going to refuse to see a comedy show featuring Beth Vyse, Lindsay Sharman and Pat Cahill just because it’s a Panto are you? Thought not. All proceeds to Great Ormond Street Hospital, too!

Just kidding.
This is hell on earth and is to be avoided at all costs. If you bring your friends here, the only gifts you’ll find are ruined shoes, long queues and astronomical prices. How much for 20ml ‘shot’ of warmed Jägermeister? £4?! No thanks, Scrooge.
