The Easyroommate team have been working hard over the last few months as we prepared to launch some exciting website changes.
We’re delighted to say that our new map search has now launched with some other new features and we are already receiving fantastic feedback!
We are committed to improving the product in line with new technology developments and user needs.
Here’s what we’ve released:
Map search
Location is the number one factor our users consider when they’re looking for a new room to rent and for this reason we wanted to make the searching experience even simpler.
We have now a full map search experience on desktop and mobile which allows users to find appropriate flatshares in the area they want to stay.

Premium extension
Premium users can now check how long they have left on their membership and extend it at any time. This is an easy way to keep an eye on your subscription and payments. Cool right?
Push notifications for new messages
Improving customer experience is our top priority. Over the past few months we’ve been listening to customer feedback asking for a mobile app. Well, today we just got a step closer. In the UK users can now opt-in to receive real-time alerts on their desktop browser and phone when they receive a new message.
Simply click on the notification to go directly to your inbox message without having to re-enter your login details.
We will continue to listen and put our customers’ needs first; it helps us shape our products and services to reflect what you really want.
